London's furriest police celebrate 50 years in 2022 calendar

The cutest cops in town, along with their handlers, are sitting pretty in a new 12-month calendar.

The London Police Service Canine Unit was introduced in February of 1972 and is celebrating 50 years of service.

This year's calendar will feature London's complement of eight dogs and their human counterparts along with a historical snapshot.

The calendars are $10 each with all profits going to the Easter Seals Camp Woodeden for kids.

They can be found at Police Headquarters, 601 Dundas St., during the week. Pop up sales start Saturday, November 27 and will be announced throughout the month of December.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
