Suspect sought after gun pointed at Woodstock teens

Police in Woodstock are looking for a man who allegedly pointed a gun at two teens Friday night.

The boys were walking in the area of Victoria Street North and Brant Street around 11:30 p.m. when a vehicle did a U-turn and stopped beside them. A man sitting in the back seat pointed a gun at the pair before the vehicle drove away, police said.

The suspect vehicle is described as a dark blue or black, older model vehicle - possibly a Ford Fusion. Police described the suspect as a male wearing a grey hoodie and a black face covering.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call police at 519-537-2323 or Crime Stoppers at 1- 800-222-TIPS (8477).

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
