Police probing bomb threat

London police are looking for a suspect after a bomb threat at a downtown restaurant.

According to police, officers were called to the restaurant around 9:15 a.m. Wednesday. The building was evacuated as police searched both inside and outside, but nothing suspicious was found.

Police did not release the name of the restaurant, except to say it was on Richmond between Queens Avenue and Dundas Street.

Anyone with information in relation to this incident is asked to call the London Police Service at (519) 661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). Information can also be sent in online anonymously to London Elgin Middlesex Crime Stoppers.
