Detectives with the St. Thomas police criminal investigations branch began investigating after getting a complaint from an unnamed insurance company.
The man is accused of working a second job while collecting disability insurance for more than two years, police said.
He has been arrested and charged with fraud over $5,000.
Jim Miller, who maintained his innocence, was found guilty of one count each of sexual assault and sexual interference and two counts of invitation to sexual touching.
