Middlesex OPP, Middlesex-London Paramedic Services, and the Lucan Biddulph Fire Department were called to a business on Breen Drive just before 9:30 a.m. Monday.
Few details have been released, but police say one person was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Ministry of Labour was contacted and is investigating the incident.
