Police seeking stabbing suspect

London police are looking for a suspect after a man was stabbed and robbed on the weekend.

According to the London Police Service, emergency crews were called to the area of Oxford Street and Richmond Street just after 4 a.m. Saturday. A man had been stabbed in the leg and had his backpack stolen.

The victim was taken to hospital, where he is now recovering.

Police say the suspect is a White male, 20-30 years of age, with short blonde hair, and short facial hair. He was wearing blue jeans at the time of the incident.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
