OPP seize drugs, weapons, and cash in Port Dover

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested two people without incident when searching a home on Pansy Avenue on Thursday.

Police said that while executing a search warrant; drugs, including cocaine, codeine, and methamphetamine, several weapons, and cash were found.

A 48-year-old and 52-year-old both face a number of drug and weapon charges and are scheduled to appear at the Simcoe courthouse at a later date.

The investigation is ongoing and police said that they anticipate more arrests to come.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
