London woman wins $1M payout from Encore

A local woman's choice to play Encore on her Lotto Max ticket paid off big time.

Lori Reive of London was lucky enough to match all seven of her Encore numbers in the right order during the May 20, 2022 Lotto Max draw. By doing so, she won a $1-million payout.

"Encore offers 22 ways to win and can be played in conjunction with most lottery games for an extra $1," a release from the Ontario Lottery Gaming Commission (OLG) read. "There is an Encore draw every day."

Reive purchased her winning ticket at Korner Store on Trafalgar Street.
