According to St. Thomas police, a 15-year-old was brought to the secluded spot by the 17-year-old for a planned confrontation on Monday.
Once there, the 15-year-old was punched in the face. The teen was taken to hospital for treatment of a broken nose.
The 17-year-old is now wanted on a charge of assault causing bodily harm, police said.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
