Update: Hydro pole fire causes Hwy. 402 closure

Provincial police say a stretch Highway 402 west of London has re-opened after it was closed in both directions because of a hydro pole fire.

Middlesex OPP announced the closure in a tweet around 12:30 p.m. Friday.

Police announced just after 3 p.m. that the highway had been re-opened in both directions.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
