Former Aylmer school bus driver charged in Burlington sex assault

Halton Regional police are concerned there may be more victims after an Aylmer man was charged with sexually assaulting a child during his time as a school bus driver.

The alleged incident took place in Burlington five years ago, police said on Monday.

Following an investigation, 80-year-old Gordon Jack of Aylmer was arrested. He has been charged with sexual assault and sexual interference.

According to police, Jack was previously a school bus driver in Burlington and Aylmer. That has led them to believe there could be additional victims.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Halton Regional Police Service Child and Sexual Assault Unit at 905-825-4777 ext. 8970 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
