Several municipalities along Lake Erie should expect inclement weather conditions throughout Saturday night.
Environment Canada has issued snow squall warnings for the following areas: St. Thomas, Aylmer, Eastern Elgin County, Simcoe, Delhi, and Norfolk. The squall is expected to bring 15 cm of snowfall and could reduce visibility to near zero. Snowfall is expected to stop late in the evening.
Drivers should prepare for poor travel conditions. Environment Canada advises to postpone non-essential travel until conditions improve.
UPDATE: as of Sunday evening, all snow squall warnings in the region were lifted.
