Police say the teen's name is Dennis. No surname was provided.
Dennis was last seen on Thursday night around 9 p.m. in the Township of Malahide.
He is described as 6'3" tall and having blue eyes and blonde, ear-length hair.
Anyone who has seen or had contact with Dennis is asked to contact OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
