Vandals spray paint hate symbols at Strathroy ballpark

Strathroy-Caradoc police are looking for the vandals who defaced local baseball diamonds with hateful words and symbols.

Swastikas, swear words, and other hateful messaging were spray painted on the dugouts at the Henk Van Dyk baseball diamonds at 189 York Street sometime between last Friday and Monday.

Police are now appealing for anyone with information about the incident or the suspects involved to call them at 519-245-1250 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).

It is unclear how much it will cost to have the graffiti removed.
