Stolen high-end vehicles found at east London property

An investigation remains ongoing after police found several stolen luxury vehicles at a residence in Argyle.

Sometime early Tuesday morning, officers located the high-end model vehicles in the area of Admiral Drive north of Trafalgar Street and determined that they had been reported stolen.

A number of officers including members of the London Police Service’s Uniformed Division, Emergency Response Unit and Canine Unit were called to the area.

Shortly after 8:30 a.m., police watch some men exit a nearby residence and get into one of the vehicles. Police say the men tried to take off from the area when a cruiser was stuck by a suspect vehicle.

Officers arrested two suspects nearby.

Investigators say the probe is in its early stages and more information will be provided as it becomes available.

Anyone with information is asked to call London police at 519-661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). Tips can also be sent in online anonymously to London Middlesex Crime Stoppers.
