Motorcyclist killed in East London crash

One man has died after a crash involving a motorcycle and a passenger vehicle in east London.

Police responded to the collision just after 9:30 p.m. on Monday near Oxford Street East and Third Street.

The man driving the motorcycle was taken to hospital after the crash with life threatening injuries - and police confirmed he had died on Tuesday morning.

His name has not been released.

The woman who was driving the passenger vehicle sustained minor injuries that did not requiring medical attention, police said.

The Traffic Management Unit is investigating the circumstances of the crash and police are asking anyone who may have witnessed it or could have dash cam footage to come forward.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
