London man arrested after police find stolen vehicle

A London man is facing charges after a stolen vehicle was found in the east end of the city.

Police located the vehicle, around 2 p.m. on Wednesday, in the area of Marmora and Nelson streets.

While officers were in the area, a man was seen trying to get into the vehicle.

According to police, the man was arrested and during a search was found to have a can of bear spray.

A 29-year-old London man faces charges including:

• Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000

• Possession of a prohibited or restricted weapon or prohibited device
