According to police, the 19-year-old had not been seen or heard from in over a week, and was reported missing Thursday.
Early Friday evening, police confirmed the teen has been located.
The blaze broke out on Saturday, just after 2:30 a.m., at a home at 2871 Oil Springs Line.
