VIA Rail to increase frequency of routes through London

VIA Rail has announced more train trips will be coming back this fall.

During the summer, VIA announced the reintroduction of routes 82 and 83, which are daily trips from London to Toronto and Toronto to London respectively.

On Thursday, three new trips were announced, which increase the service between London and Ottawa.

According to VIA Rail, routes 82 and 83 don't resume until October 24, but tickets are already available for purchase.

London Mayor Josh Morgan posted on social media, that he's pleased to see the return of these trains to London and will continue to push for more.
