Police search for missing London teen

London police are hopeful the public can assist them in locating a missing teenage boy.

Investigators say 13-year-old Khin Sein was last seen at around 2 p.m. on Tuesday in the area of Rectory and Florence streets. He is described as an Asian male, around 5’7”, 110 lbs, with short, black hair. Sein was wearing a green, long-sleeved shirt, and black sweatpants.

Police say Sein is non-verbal and will take off if someone approaches him. Anyone who sees him is instead asked to call police immediately.
