Police look for teen driver who crashed into West Lorne high school

Provincial police are trying to track down the driver of a vehicle that crashed into a high school in West Lorne.

The single-vehicle collision at West Elgin Secondary School on Graham Road was reported to Elgin OPP just before 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.

Officers determined a red sedan collided with the school causing minor damage to the building. The vehicle took off from the scene before police arrived.

A teenage girl and boy described as tall, with a thin build and brown hair were inside the vehicle at the time of the crash, police said.

No injuries were reported.

Investigators would like to speak with the driver, the passenger and the owner of the involved vehicle.
