Emergency crews were called after the vehicles collided in the area of Thompson Road and Pond Mills Road just before 11 p.m. on Thursday.
The drivers of both vehicles had to be cut from the wreckage by firefighters, the London Fire Department said.
Two people were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
London police are investigating the cause of the crash.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
