Ministry of Labour probing worker's fatal fall in Oxford

A 20-year-old Norwich resident is dead after falling at a workplace in Oxford County on Thursday morning.

Emergency crews were called about the incident at an unnamed business on 15th Line in Zorra Township just before 10 a.m. When they arrived they found the 20-year-old suffering serious injuries.

That individual was flown by air ambulance to hospital where they were later pronounced dead, Oxford OPP said.

The name of the deceased has not been released.

The Ministry of Labour is investigating the workplace fall, police said.
