Police searching for assault investigation suspect

The London Police Service (LPS) is asking for the public's help to identify a suspect in an assault in the fall.

Police said that they were contacted in early November about an assault that took place at 2:30 a.m. on October 28, at a business in the area of Piccadilly and Talbot streets.

According to police, the victim went to the hospital on their own with serious, non-life-threatening injuries. They have since been released.

LPS was provided with a picture and description of the suspect but has not been able to identify him.

The suspect is described as a white man with a slim build, 5'6" to 5'7", and dark brown or black hair.

Anyone with information is asked to contact London police at (519) 661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
