Pedestrian seriously hurt in collision

One person was taken to hospital with serious injuries after a crash in Simcoe.

Norfolk OPP said a pedestrian was struck on Queen Street and had to be airlifted to hospital.

Police closed West Street between Nelson Street and Metcalfe Street while they investigated the collision.

The investigation is ongoing.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
