Just before 9 a.m., Elgin County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to the intersection of Ron McNeil Line and Wellington Road and closed the area for their investigation.
The intersection was reopened just before noon.
According to police, two people were transported to hospital, one with serious injuries. Police have since confirmed that the injuries were non-life-threatening.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
