Fire crews were called to Adelaide Street North before 7:30 a.m. on Sunday.
According to the fire department, when crews arrived the fire, which started in the garage, had already spread to a truck.
The flames were reportedly knocked down quickly.
No injuries were reported.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
