A's Top Lightning 134-119

The London Lightning fell to the Orangeville A’s 134-119 in NBL Canada action on Friday.

The Lighning led the A's 59-52 at halftime and continued to lead in the third quarter,. However, Orangeville was able to tie the game 88-88 in the final frame before taking the lead for the win.

Akeem Scott scored 22 points for London, while Stephen Maxwell finished with 20 points and nine rebounds.

Despite the loss, the Lightning clinched the Central Division title.

The Lightning will take on the Niagara River Lions next on Saturday at 7pm.
