Austin Kemp, Ethan Nother, Brenden Trottier and Max Vinogradov all scored once for London.
The Nationals won the first round playoff series 4-1.
London will now take on the Chatham Maroons in the Western Conference semi-finals. The schedule has not yet been announced.

A meet the candidates night is planned on Monday, September 21 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Maawn Doosh Gumig Community and Youth Centre.
The series will bring both aspiring and established business owners together on Tuesday evenings at the Maawn Doosh Gumig Community Centre.
Gates for the three-day fair will open at the Wyoming Fair Grounds on Main Street on Friday, September 18, at 5 p.m., with opening ceremonies beginning at 7 p.m.
