The event is for Grade 10, 11, and 12 students.

Project Co-ordinator Lisa Houthuyzen explains the objectives are to show students there are a wide range of healthcare-related careers besides doctors and nurses, and to give them an idea of what those careers involve.

She adds guest presenters at the career forum will include a dietitian, a nurse, a public health promoter, a dentist and a registered mid-wife.

The day-long Spectrum Healthcare Career Forum is at the Upper Thames Missionary Church in Mitchell.
