Man Seriously Injured In Huron East Crash

A Zurich man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries following a crash involving a tractor trailer in Huron East.

Huron County Ontario Provincial Police report that Wednesday around 3pm, a Ford Escape was traveling north on Morrison Line when it collided with a semi-tractor trailer that was headed west on Kippen Rd.

The driver of the Ford Escape, 34-year-old Brian Schultz of Zurich, has been taken to hospital with life threatening injuries. The driver of the tractor trailer was not injured.

Huron OPP and the West Region Technical Traffic Collision team are investigating the cause of the crash.
