Owen Sound Hacker Arrested

Owen Sound police have tracked down a hacker who got into a local company's computer system and changed or deleted files.

That disrupted the business's operations.

Police got judicial authorization to look at data and user information form internet providers.

An ex employee of the company was found to be responsible.

Police charged a 28 year old man with mischief to data, and unauthorized use of a computer.

He has a court appearance December 4th.

Police say not personal information of members of the public was compromised.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
