Secret Shopper Reviews Minto Businesses

Some businesses in Minto will be checked out by secret shoppers in the coming weeks.

The idea is for businesses to get a shoppers’ view of their operation, including such things as staff attitude and store appearance.

Business and Economic Manager Belinda Wick-Graham says businesses can opt out of the visit by the secret shopper, but the overall goal is to help businesses improve.

“The secret shopper program in an initiative of our Downtown Revitalization Committee, and it’s basically an opportunity for our secret shopper to come in and tell our businesses what they are doing right and how they can improve their business,” says Wick-Graham.
