Grey County residents will learn more about the new hospital in Markdale at a public meeting this evening.
The provincial government announced approval for the multi-million dollar hospital earlier this fall.
Grey Bruce Health Services C-E-O Lance Thurston will provide details on where the project goes from here.
He says, "I've made a commitment to the community and stakeholders that we are going to keep everyone informed as best we can as we proceed along with this journey."
Also making presentations at the meeting will be Grey Bruce Health Services Chief of Staff Doctor Brendan Mulroy and orthopaedic surgeon Doctor Hamilton Hall.The meeting about the new Markdale hospital is at the Annesley United Church in Markdale, starting at 7:00 this evening.
