HealthKick Huron Success Story

The HealthKick Huron program is being called a success.

The program was launched to introduce youth to the possibilities of a medical career in a rural area like Huron County.

It was aimed at addressing the shortage of health care professionals working in the area.

The program convinced Seaforth area resident Rosanna Grobbink to practice in Goderich as a Naturophathic Doctor at the Good Earth Naturopathic Centre.

She participated in the HealthKick program while completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Guelph.

She says that played a significant role in her decision to work in the health care field, and to work in Huron County.
