That compares to 254 construction projects that got underway in the first 11 months of last year, worth about $11.5-million.
So far this year, nine new homes were started. That's down from 23 by this time last year.
November's 15 new building permits are worth almost $287,000.
In November 2013, the 16 permits issued were worth $1.1-million.
