UPDATE: Power Restored In Parts Of Huron And Perth

Hydro One is showing power is restored across Huron County and parts of Perth County.

Close to 23,000 Hydro One customers were without power since before noon.  The outage also affected other utilities like Goderich Hydro.

No reason has been given for the outage.

Hydro One crews are working to restore power in parts of Huron County and Perth County.

Close to 23,000 Hydro One customers are without power right now.  The outage is affecting a number of communities, including Brussels, Seaforth, Clinton Exeter, Goderich, Bayfield, parts of North Huron and even extending into St. Marys.  It also extends further south into Lambton County.

The outage is also affecting utilities that Hydro One feeds, for example, Goderich Hydro.

Hydro One is showing a restoration time of 2:45pm.

No reason has been given for the outage.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
