The City of Owen Sound's Development Charges Ad Hoc Committee hosts an Open House and Public Information Session Thursday.
The session is geared toward the local development community but open to all.
Development Charges on new development are charged to pay for the growth related capital costs such as services.
The charges are supposed to ensure new growth covers those costs, without placing a burden on taxpayers.
The meeting starts at 6:30 Thursday evening at the Bayshore Community Centre.
