Crash Near Lucknow Puts Driver In Hospital

A 19-year old Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh man suffered serious but non-life threatning injuries in a single-vehicle crash northwest of Auburn.

A passerby came across a pickup truck in the ditch around 8:15 this morning on Hawkins Road.  The truck had crashed into a tree.

The 19-year-old had to be extricated by firefighters and airlifted to a London hospital.

Hawkins Rd. between Saratoga Line and Prosperity Line was reopened just before noon.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
