Appellant Disappointed with Wind Charter Challenge Ruling

Shawn Drennan says he's disappointed in the decision announced yesterday to dismiss his appeal of a 140-wind turbine project in Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh.

Drennan adds he hasn't had a chance to look over the decision in detail or consult with this lawyer, Julian Falconer at this point

He says, "I have not yet put a lot of though into where we go from here. I mean I'm disappointed with the ruling, so yeah, I mean, I'll have to wait for Julian to get back, and we'll find out what we're gonna do.“

Before the decision was announced Drennan had said an appeal was a possibility and he says that remains the case.
