The Saugeen Conservation Authority says they are grateful for a recent 16 acre land donation near Glammis.
The section of land is about 3 km north of the town and is a part of the Glammis Bog Wetland, which is considered to have a very diverse selection of species compared to other bogs in the county.
The group says they received the land from Marianne J. Greer in memory of her late husband Ernie and on behalf of their entire family.
This donation brings the authority's total holdings to 116 acres.
