UPDATE: Bruce Power Shifts For Friday

Bruce Power has been forced to make more staffing adjustments Friday.

Category A staff who are driving personal vehicles are to report for shift change this morning with a one-hour delay.

Buses from Port Elgin are running as normal and will pick up Category A staff as per the posted schedule.

A bus is also being organized for Kincardine and will pick up Category A staff from the Kincardine Training Centre.

A time for this pick-up will be announced as soon as the information is available.

Category B and C staff at Bruce Power do NOT have to report to work today.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

As part of a partnership between the Sarnia Legion Branch 62 and City of Sarnia, an unveiling ceremony will be held at the corner of Christina Street and Wellington Street on Sunday, June 7, at 2 p.m.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
