Councillor's Corner In Bluewater

A first-time councillor in the Municipality of Bluewater is fulfilling a campaign promise tomorrow night in Bayfield.

One of Bill Whetstone's promises was transparency, so he's hosting the first of monthly meetings he's calling 'Councillor's Corner.'

Whetstone represents the ward of Bayfield but invites all Bluewater residents to attend. He'll be providing updates of issues that have been discussed at council as well as motions passed. Residents will be given an opportunity to ask any questions.

The first 'Councillor's Corner' is tomorrow evening at 7:30pm in the upper level of the Bayfield Arena.

Whetstone plans to host one meeting every month, on the third Thursday of the month.
