Proposed New Dundalk Industry Would Create Jobs

Southgate is moving ahead with an industrial proposal that could create between 50 and 100 jobs in Dundalk.

Southgate Industries wants to use a vacant industrial site to set up a stone cutting plant.

Councillors reported no negative feedback from the public despite the proposal being adjacent to a residential area.
