Owen Sound Principal One of Canada's Best

The principal at St. Mary’s High School in Owen Sound has been named one of Canada's best.

The Bruce-Grey Catholic District School Board announced today that Murray Kuntz has been chosen as one of Canada’s Outstanding Principals for 2015.

The honour highlights Murray’s ability to consult, communicate and work collaboratively with his staff, school council, pastor, parents, students and community partners.

All 40 award recipients from across the country will be invited to Canada's Outstanding Principals gala on February 24th in Toronto.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
