A report for The Municipality of Bluewater Council's committee shows it would cost over $893,000. to upgrade the Hay Town Hall to current standards.
The report suggests the facility in Zurich has suffered from neglect and a lack of maintenance for many decades.
Repairing the building would cost nearly $300,000.dollars less, than the estimated $1.18 million cost for a new facility.
