New Minto Jobs Website

Employers in the Town of Minto are struggling to fill jobs, so a new website has been created to help.

Business and Economic Manager Belinda Wick-Graham says the region has the unique problem of a jobless rate below 4 per cent.

She says growing business and industry have a tough time finding local talent to fill positions.

The new Website "Live and Work in Minto" will provide a one stop location for job seekers. It will also list properties for sale, and include an interactive map showing home and job listings.

Wick-Graham says it will make what was previously a time consuming endeavor a lot easier because people can see where the jobs and accommodations are at one time.

The Job and Housing Portal goes live today at www.liveandworkminto.com.
