Huron, Perth and Middlesex Counties may join London Carpools web site to bring ride sharing to the region.
The City of London has offered their knowledge, and resources for the program, which includes a full time staff person in charge of the site.
Huron and Perth Counties have been in talks London and Middlesex in an effort to create a ride sharing program for the region including St. Mary's and Stratford.
It's in response to a Social Research study that identified transportation barriers for people in rural areas who need to get to work or medical appointments.
The project would help employers with future recruiting.
