David Small of Owen Sound has been arrested and charged with first degree murder in the death of 28-year-old Lezleigh Hopkins.
She was found dead in a home on 2nd Ave. W back on January 22.
Soon after, Owen Sound police ruled the death a homicide.
Small is set to make a court appearance later today.
