SWEA Still Advocating For Broadband Expansion

The Southwest Economic Alliance is pressing forward with it's mandate to see broadband service expanded to every part of southwestern Ontario.

Alliance Chair John Grace, a former Huron County councillor, says SWEA is a partnership of local governments, post-secondary institutions, and the public and private sectors.

Grace explains its goal is to promote economic development through the entire southwest region, and broadband connectivity is necessary for the region to compete in today's market.

Grace adds SWEA is a strong advocate for rural Ontario, taking the message from its members to both the federal and provincial governments.
